Biological, Behavioral, and Personality is the way of figuring out why a person becomes a criminal. Using these three theories biological behavioral, and personality will show that when a person is born with certain traits they are born criminals, but my report will also show that using these three theories can not determined if a person is born to be a criminal. When a person is born they start out with the biological aspects of there parents, which means that if a parent has been a criminal for his entire life it is more than likely that his unborn child will follow in his fathers path. If you born with a low birth weight due to your mother not staying healthy during her pregnancy. If she was smoking during her pregnancy she is causing you to get less oxygen to your brain which can cause you to be unstable to where your biological balance is broken. That balance is to help you grow to think and make proper choices. Your personality will be effected and because of this inbalance you may be more aggressive toward your peers in your childhood and adult life. That same inbalance will have a big psychological problem to where you cant think straight or have feeling for yourself or others. When an adolescent starts showing criminal traits this adolescent is taking for testing to find out what is causing this type of behavior. In their findings they will see that at birth his/her mother didnââ¬â¢t eat properly or take any kinds of vitamins. Now this adolescent is put into a cagatory as a juvenile delquent with the other delinquents in the same position for example: A child was born on August 9th 1976 his name is Luis R. Ponce jr. , his father was very abusive towards his mother and always in and out of jail. When this child was about 2 yrs old his father abonden his mother and left him without an father. His father was always a problem child and all the way till his adult life which had landed him in jail nuermous times and was also the cause of his death. His fathers past made his future because he followed in is fathers foot steps. As Luis was growing up he was always in trouble either with school or the law. As and adult Luis try to stay straight and narrow but his biological traits from his father he still following on what his father has done. And Luis is catorgized with the same group of males who grow up in single homes with a father who had a criminal background. It has put a positive impact on the lifestyle of the people of Bangladesh.It is one of the largest cellular operator in the country. It is a joint venture enterprise between Telenor and Grameen Telecom Corporation. Telenor is the largest telecommunications company in Norway, owns 51% shares of Grameenphone. It is amongst the oldest, most sophisticated, and diversified telecom companies in the world. Grameen Telecom itself owns 35% shares, 9.5% shares are held by Marubeni Corporation in japan and the remaining 4.5% shares are held by Gonofone Development Corp in New York. In addition, three leading international financial institutions the International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank and the Commonwealth Development Corporation are also shareholders of GrameenPhone. The three organizations each hold three per cent of preferred shares of GrameenPhone. It was the first company to introduce GSM technology in Bangladesh. It also established the first 24-hour Call Center to support its subscribers. With the slogan Stay Close, stated goal of Grameenphone is to provide affordable telephony to the entire population of Bangladesh. At present around 4800 employees, both permanent and contractual, are working in different sections of the GP. But the sudden decision to downsize its manpower has created panic among most employees of the company that saw substantial rise in its annual profit-earning in recent years. The victims of the latest cost cutting measures are in most cases permanent employees who worked in the sales and services departments. The company has abolished its logistics services in all regional offices and in the case of sales it has reduced the number of posts and declared the remaining post vacant. Interestingly, it has asked all the sales staff either to compete a fresh for the vacant posts or take an attractive exit package. Management is saying it is a part of the business alignment process, Through a so called performance evaluation process the company is conducting termination of permanent employee who were meant to be loyal and efficient. Back in 2009 Almost 1500 permanent employees are asked to leave the organization without any valid reasons but based on performance evaluation process. So how come the number of termination became so high based on performance evaluation process after a certain period of time every year? And how downsizing a large number of senior employees into junior position became ethical practice or business alignment process? As a Norwegian company people had a better expectation from Grameenphone but now it seems to be the reason behind of distraction of hundreds of employeeââ¬â¢s career.

Schools are in great need of systems, processes, and personnel who are able to support the needs of students with problem behavior. Research indicates, however, that (while I am a big, fat cheater) information has not been made available to teachers and other professionals in a format that allows these strategies to become common practice. Many teachers choose isolated behavioral strategies that are not applied immediately after the problem behavior has occurred. As teachers, we are often expending more of our energy than is necessary by not taking time to implement a more comprehensive approach toward behavior management. In many cases one will need only a few of these strategies in place to create a positive behavioral support plan. When formulating a plan, it is important to remember that students do not exist in a vacuum. What is a problem behavior in one class may not be a problem in another; problem behavior from the home may never manifest in school. A key means of decreasing the frequency and intensity of problem behavior and reducing the need for more intrusive intervention procedures is enhancing a student's quality of life. A student will respond differently depending upon the actions and reactions of the individuals around him. Behaviors that occur repeatedly are often serving a useful function for the student. Positive behavioral support strategies make problem behavior irrelevant by redesigning the environment. Positive behavioral support strategies teach students new skills that are meant to replace the problem behavior with a socially-acceptable alternative. Addressing the larger social context surrounding a student can reduce the amount of time spent implementing intensive positive behavioral support plans. Functional assessment gathers information regarding the events that both immediately precede problem behavior and the situations where a student is successful. It is rare to find one behavioral intervention that addresses the function of a problem behavior in each situation and setting. Positive behavioral support strategies should therefore include multicomponent intervention plans. Begin by developing a hypothesis regarding the undesirable behavior. The hypothesis statement is a summary of the evidence collected in the functional assessment.

It will explain both companyââ¬â¢s liabilities, and a few personal opinions that could better both Coca-Cola and PepsiCo profits and stockholderââ¬â¢s investment. It will also discuss what non-financial criteria the company could consider when choosing between these two investment options. Using the current ratio, discuss what conclusions you can make about each companyââ¬â¢s ability to pay current liabilities (debt). Financial ratios are used to compare the financial condition of a firm to that of similar firms for the purposes of building interests for shareholders, building the confidence of creditors, and for fostering competence among the firmââ¬â¢s own management. Liquidity ratios evaluate a firmââ¬â¢s ability to satisfy its short-term obligations as they come due. An important form of liquidity ratio is the current ratio, and it gives a general picture of the companyââ¬â¢s financial health as it reflects the efficiency of the company to convert its products into liquid assets. A high current ratio implies the greater capability of a company to allocate its current finances into paying its current liabilities. The acceptable current ratio value for most industrial firms is 1. 5, while a value of 2. 0 indicates that a company has twice as many assets as its liabilities. A ratio under 1. 0 expresses the persistent inability of a company to meet its current liabilities. Albeit it shows a businessââ¬â¢ general financial strength, this ratio is not a direct indicator of a companyââ¬â¢s tendency into bankruptcy (Smart & Megginson, 2009). The ratio is expressed in percentage, and a higher value indicates a higher capability of a firm to use its base equity to provide better returns to its investors (Coca-Cola & Pepsi annual report 2009). The Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. manifest a higher percentage of Return on equity compared to its competitor for the two-year period of 2008-2009. The companyââ¬â¢s $31 million dollar total shareownerââ¬â¢s deficit in 2008 rendered a low average shareownersââ¬â¢ equity for the two-year period, thus causing the Return of Equity to remain high. Youââ¬â¢ve got a little bread and want to make a big impression. Totally. These ideas are going to get you there, all it takes on your part is some charm, planning and finesse (which are free). Letââ¬â¢s begin. 1. Road Trip! Just about everybody loves a road trip as long as they trust you and arenââ¬â¢t too conservative, or have scheduling conflicts. Anyways, the goal here is to take them somewhere thatââ¬â¢s close enough to feel safe, but far enough away to feel like an adventure. In reality you donââ¬â¢t need anything but gas money. However, if thereââ¬â¢s public transit where youââ¬â¢re going a bus ride can be fun and presents plenty of opportunity for conversation. Make sure you take them somewhere they havenââ¬â¢t been before. Ideally. But, it would be just as cool to head to a remote and popular hot spot where there will be plenty of other people out and about and having fun. To make a big impression you need to create a sensual memory of movement, adventure, excitement, curiosity and FUN! 2. A Personalized Dinner a Movie No, weââ¬â¢re not talking about a table for two at a nearby restaurant and then the local theater for two. Thatââ¬â¢s so outdated! And, letââ¬â¢s be honest, the movie theaters these days are so expensive itââ¬â¢s crazy. Instead, plan out a really tasty home cooked meal you can make together. It doesnââ¬â¢t have to be nuts. Thereââ¬â¢s no rules. Whatever sounds really good that will put a smile on your faces and make for good conversation. Then you can watch a movie for free using a computer silly. The screen wonââ¬â¢t be so big and itââ¬â¢ll just be the two of you without all the buttery popcorn getting in the way (unless thatââ¬â¢s what you decide to cook!). 3. Itââ¬â¢s Time to Dance Seriously, take them to a dancing class. Yes, it can be freaky for non-dancers. But youââ¬â¢ll be braving it together and itââ¬â¢s cheap (oftentimes free). It gets the blood pumping, puts you in close contact and if all goes well it will be unforgettable. It can be any type: hip hop, salsa, ballroom, etc. You never know, it could become a thing and you might be one of those couples who dance together. 4. Workout some Pamper Working out and exercising can be completely free. Get outside. Go on a hike or jog. Sure, head to the gym and get them in free with a guest pass. Or, the college gym is probably free for you because a fee is typically included in tuition. Donââ¬â¢t get super sweaty, but donââ¬â¢t be afraid of it either. Just have some clothes to change into and make sure they have some as well. Afterwards if you can afford it take them to a spa, regardless of whether itââ¬â¢s a guy or girl. EVERYONE loves a massage whether they want to admit it or not. Itââ¬â¢s completely refreshing and rejuvenating and theyââ¬â¢ll feel amazing after the day with you. 5. Bird Watching Anyone? All you need is the ability to get to where the birds are and a pair of binoculars. When was the last time someone asked you to go bird watching? It sounds corny, but for the right person it could be a real adventure. You can outside, get to walk around in nature together, spot birds and learn about them. Why not? Open-minded people will jump at the opportunity if itââ¬â¢s something theyââ¬â¢ve never done before. 6. Comedy or Improv If you can get your date laughing (in a good way of course) then thereââ¬â¢s a 99% chance it will be a successful experience for both of you. Thatââ¬â¢s a fact. And the good news is that thereââ¬â¢s always comedy events taking place on and off campus. And, theyââ¬â¢re not expensive. For a drink or two and a seat at a comedy show youââ¬â¢re not looking at much. It can get expensive if you want dinner, drinks, desert, a table in front, etc. Improv is also really fun and interesting as well. Make sure you donââ¬â¢t set it up so that you part ways directly after the show. Thereââ¬â¢s should be some time to chat about your favorite parts or jokes and continue laughing together. 7. An Oddball Course Cooking, dancing, DJ class, painting, basket weaving, etc. You get the idea. Nothing over the top or too mentally draining. Something fun, interesting, unforgettable and spontaneous would be ideal. 8. Bucket List Item Weââ¬â¢ll keep this short because itââ¬â¢s simple. Ask them about their bucket list casually, and if thereââ¬â¢s anything on there that you can afford and thatââ¬â¢s plausible, then do it!
